Brody was a police officer assigned to the case of Adam's murder along with another Officer. He later came across the Second Beginner who landed in the cabin at the scene of the crime. Not entirely convinced about his justification he gave information about how Adam died, deducing he was in his mid-20s with a few broken bones. However, after contacting Scotland Yard, he realised that the Beginner wasn't supposed to be there and had him detained.
Following a failed interrogation, another murder following similar patterns as Adam occurred, this time to fellow police officer Stevenson and his wife Jane. Realising he may have been wrong he told the Beginner who deduced it was a robot.
With help from the Beginner they traced down the potential next victim Reginald as he was on bad terms with scientist Franken. Not long after arriving he was killed by Franken who was with his robot S4N-T. However after the Beginner killed Franken S4N-T grew large. Brody attempted to shoot it but without success.
After the Beginner handled the robot destruction he parted ways with Brody, who in the end realised he was rather fond of the Beginner. (Red Christmas)
